My portable home ac unit has a lot of mosquitoes living inside and finding there way into my room. I washed the outside with Apple cider vinegar. The back of the unit may need to be cleaned but I have no idea how to safely clean this ac unit. I was told all I needed to do was drain it. What is E2 and how do you fix

I have had mine for a while now. The water filter never fully drains properly so I tried taking it a part to find out the problem but I can't fully take it apart. There hasn't been any rain as of late as well so it usually sits in there and doesn't come out when I try draining, but leaks on it's own. I'm not sure what to do and the leaking keeps getting worse and worse yet there hasn't been any rain at all. It's also rusting the interior as well with the leaking since it's somehow leaking into everything.
